Beko Washer Problems, Frustration Grows as Repairs Fail

The Beko washing machine my family recently purchased has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since the repairman seems to have touched every part of the machine, we may as well be old friends by now. The annoying noise persists in spite of extensive efforts to eliminate it. Due to the ongoing stress, this issue has caused, we are now considering consulting a psychologist. In addition to maintaining its annoying noise output, the machine has also begun heating the water to an excessive temperature, accompanied by the seepage of a black residue. It's frustrating enough that this Beko machine only lasted three years, but it's even more so given that our previous machine ran smoothly for six years. I've been told to send a video whenever I call customer service, and if the issue persists, I should call in technical support. It's discouraging to feel like no one takes us seriously and we're constantly being mocked. The product is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but we're too discouraged to even try to get in touch with them. Due to the extreme discomfort, I immediately request a refund for the machine.
