Parimatch Blocked My $3,924 Withdrawal Despite Full Verification

I am filing a formal complaint against Parimatch regarding the blocking of my withdrawal and my winning funds totaling ₹3,27,000 in my fully verified account. My Player ID is 497039021, and my registered email address is dukhanidevi***@gmail.com. I am using Parimatch from India. On 17 January 2026, I received an official email from Parimatch confirming that my account status is “Fully Verified.” After several sessions of play and winning, my current balance in the account is ₹3,27,000. However, since 17 January, every time I attempt to withdraw my winnings, the withdrawal request is blocked. My withdrawal method is registered in my own name, Dukhani Devi. Despite my account being fully verified, the support team keeps asking for the same documents repeatedly, specifically a selfie with ID and bank statements. I have already submitted all the requested documents more than 50 times, yet my withdrawals are still not approved, and there is no real explanation. The only information I have been given is that “experts are working with the payment provider,” but I have not been provided with any clear reason, timeline, or detailed explanation for blocking such a large amount of my legitimate winnings. Instead, I continue to receive the same automatic responses asking for documents that I have already submitted multiple times. Blocking a fully verified user’s winnings of ₹3,27,000 without a valid, transparent reason is unacceptable and creates a serious concern about the fairness and reliability of the platform. I have fulfilled every legal and platform requirement for KYC and have fully cooperated with all document requests. I therefore demand the immediate unblocking of my withdrawal facility and the approval and payment of my ₹3,27,000 withdrawal without any further repetitive or unnecessary document requests. I am attaching the screenshot of the “Fully Verified” email dated 17 January 2026 and screenshots showing my current balance and withdrawal status as proof of my situation and my good faith.
