Three years ago, I purchased a Beko washing machine from a reputable dealer. Since then, I have had nothing but problems with the machine.

Here is a timeline of the issues I have experienced:

Year 1: The pump motor broke down and the drum had to be replaced.
Year 2: The machine started burning on its own. After three days of back-and-forth with the service technician, who insisted that there was no problem with the machine, the drum burned out and needed to be replaced again. I was forced to pay a large sum of money for the replacement.
Year 3: The machine started malfunctioning again, this time displaying a water discharge error message.

I contacted Beko customer service numerous times to complain about these issues, but they have been nothing but unhelpful and dishonest. They have repeatedly denied that there is any problem with the machine and have refused to offer me a refund or replacement.

I am appalled by the way Beko has treated me. They have sold me a defective product and have refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I am now stuck with a machine that is constantly breaking down and costing me money to repair.

I am writing this complaint to warn others about the dangers of buying a Beko washing machine. These machines are poorly made and unreliable. Beko customer service is also terrible and will not help you if you have a problem with your machine.

Our complaint was regarding a Samsung brand washing machine, but all the Samsung logos were replaced with Beko. We couldn't understand the reason for this change.
