I purchased a Beko washing machine two years ago, and in that time, I have had to replace the drum twice. Despite these replacements, the machine still leaves stains on clothes, and I have had to call for service multiple times.
Most recently, a technician visited my home four days ago and informed me that even though my warranty had expired, I could purchase an extended warranty to have my machine replaced. On February 19, 2025, I received an SMS with a link requiring my confirmation. Before approving, I contacted Beko’s authorized service to clarify, and they assured me that my machine would be replaced with regional approval.
However, today I called again, only to be told that I was given false information, and that my machine would not be replaced because regional approval was never granted. Beko is misleading its customers and making things unnecessarily difficult!
If my issue is not resolved by the end of today, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights authorities and take legal action. I expect an immediate resolution!
