I Demand Beko Washing Machine Replacement After 6 Months of Tearing Clothes

For the past six months my Beko front-load washing machine has done nothing but destroy my wardrobe and drain my patience. Service technicians have visited again and again, swapping out almost every part—motor, bearings, seals, even the drum—yet the core problem never disappears. The machine still “chews” my garments, leaving fresh holes and stretched seams after every wash. Because I can’t trust it, my family and I now scrub clothes by hand, wasting hours each week.

Today a technician actually told me the brand-new drum they installed three months ago also “needs replacing.” That statement proves Beko’s fixes are band-aids, not solutions. I am exhausted, out of pocket for ruined clothes worth well over ₺, and fed up with repeating the same story on every call.

Beko, quit stalling. Replace this faulty washing machine immediately or issue a full refund in ₺ and compensate me for damaged clothing. I expect a written confirmation of the replacement schedule within seven days—anything less is unacceptable.

Beko is a regret, they haven't solved my problem for 5-6 months. All the parts of my machine have been replaced, and the parts are being changed for the second time. It's a complete disgrace. For 5-6 months, we've been washing clothes by hand. They keep saying they will get back to us, but there is no one calling or any authorized person to solve this problem. The service keeps coming and changing things as they please. They've made my machine a test subject. I guess they're mocking us. I absolutely do not want any more part replacements. Whoever is authorized should solve my replacement problem as soon as possible. Enough is enough!

Beko is definitely a disappointment. For 6-7 months, there hasn't been a single part of my washing machine that hasn't been replaced. The parts are being changed for the second time and my problem still hasn't been solved. There is neither an official nor anyone to address the issue. For 6-7 months, we've been washing clothes by hand, we're being humiliated despite paying our money. They are really mocking us. Beko is definitely a disappointment, enough is enough! Isn't there any official at Arçelik, the company that claims to be a global brand?

Beko is a regret, I definitely do not recommend it. For 6-7 months they have been constantly changing parts and my problem still hasn't been solved. Because of this service, we haven't been able to leave the house for 6-7 months and we've lost our peace because of Beko. There is also no authorized person to solve this problem anyway. I definitely do not recommend this brand.

I had extended the warranty for my Beko washing machine for 4 more years, and it still has about 1 year of warranty left. If you don't trust your own product, why do you offer a 3+4 year warranty? For the past 6-7 months, all the parts of my machine have been replaced and my problem still continues. The authorized service has ruined my machine; now it makes holes and tears in the clothes. Even though the service requested a replacement for my machine, the authorized people are rejecting it just because my machine is 6 years old. So it turns out that the extended warranty is useless, they are making us miserable with our own money. And they call themselves a global brand. I have been experiencing this grievance for 6-7 months and I am telling you this so at least you don't have to go through it. Enough is enough! For 6-7 months we have had to wash clothes by hand. Stop mocking us already.

Beko is absolutely and definitely a disappointment. They have not been able to find a solution for my washing machine for almost a year. There is no part left in my machine that hasn’t been replaced, and they still haven’t solved my problem. They have turned my machine into a test subject for themselves. There is not a single authorized person at Beko who can solve this. The authorized service wants the product to be replaced, but whoever is in charge rejects this. It is a complete disgrace. Beko is a regret.

There is not a single part left in my Beko washing machine that hasn't been replaced within a year. Even though the service requested a replacement of the machine, the authorized person keeps rejecting it. They have completely messed up my machine, and now, as a final issue, it is tearing my clothes. Customer representatives keep calling, always suggesting repairs, but unfortunately the repairs do not work. They have basically used my machine as a test subject. The service blames the factory, the factory blames the service. The service is zero. Enough is enough.

My Beko washing machine has had the body, drum, shock absorber, heater, main board, and front wall replaced in the last 6 months, and the drum was changed twice, but the same problem continues. The service has come 50 times, and each time they change a part. The last time, they said the drum would be changed again. I don't want this machine anymore. I would never recommend Beko to anyone. They claim to be a world brand, but that's a lie. I want a replacement, but they refuse. The service says they tell the factory, but the factory doesn't accept it, and the factory says the service doesn't accept it. Which one is lying? The person in charge of the replacement department is probably drinking tea or coffee at their desk and has no idea what the consumer is going through. If the lady or gentleman sitting in the replacement department had their machine's drum and body changed twice and 50 parts replaced in 6 months, would they allow it? And even though the problem is not solved despite all the replacements, I think you would immediately approve a replacement for someone you know or want. I am a complainant. I do not recommend Beko or Arçelik; they victimize consumers a lot.
