I bought a Beko washing machine four years ago, and it has had constant problems since day one. I have called customer service multiple times, requested repairs, and even asked for a replacement, but Beko refuses to replace their defective product.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, they replaced the drum, changed the fabric softener compartment, and even suggested I reset the machine and run it on high heat while empty. None of these so-called "fixes" solved the problem.
If I paid full price for a washing machine, I should not have to struggle with a faulty product. Beko, take responsibility and replace my defective machine! It is unacceptable to sell faulty appliances and then refuse to fix the issue properly. I demand an immediate resolution!
