I have purchased a Beko 674581 EI No Frost refrigerator. However, due to the Beko service team, I will no longer buy Beko products. After installing the device, it is indicated that the refrigerator should stand upright for 4 hours after placement and connection to the power source. Only after this 4-hour period can the refrigerator be connected, but an additional 12 hours are needed before placing food inside. In total, 16 hours of waiting are required before the refrigerator can be safely used.
However, what did the service do? They brought the product, unpacked it, and directly connected it to the power source after placement. Although my partner pointed out the need to wait and that we could connect the plug ourselves if necessary, they connected the refrigerator to the power source without any consideration. If you serve us with such thoughtless and irresponsible service staff, we do not need your services.
