Beko Deep Freezer Spoiled My Meat on the First Night

I purchased a five-drawer deep freezer from Beko. It was delivered on Thursday, and I was advised to let it sit for 4 hours before plugging it in, which I did. The next day, I began placing my meat inside. Suddenly, a warning symbol appeared on the freezer. I contacted the store where I bought it and explained the situation, and they told me it was nothing important. However, the following morning, all my meat had spoiled, the floor was covered in blood, and there was a terrible odor in my home. I have a small child, and this situation was clearly not safe from a health perspective. When I called Beko’s authorized service, I requested a service appointment but was told they could come in three days. I called the store again, and they walked me through the steps I needed to follow, but despite doing everything, we couldn’t resolve the issue. I have suffered both financially and emotionally from this situation, and I’m writing here because I believe this is the only way to get a solution. No company representative has contacted me or provided any information. Please help me.
