On September 30, 2024, I purchased a Beko washing machine and dryer from a Beko store. Unfortunately, the dryer turned out to be faulty. While running, it makes a loud, metallic banging noise as if something is hitting the drum. This happened during the very first drying cycle. Despite requesting a return and exercising my consumer right to cancel the purchase within 21 days, Beko has refused to process the return. I chose to support a local brand by buying Beko, only to be left disappointed. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights and demanding a full refund for this faulty product.
