On October 17, 2023, we purchased a Beko washing machine with model number CM 11140, 11 kg capacity. Since the day we bought it, the machine has been making excessive noise and moving out of place when it switches to drying mode. This situation prevents us from operating the machine when we are not at home, as it causes severe vibrations and moves significantly out of its position. When we created the first service request, the technical team came and changed the legs, but the problem persisted. During the second service request, they said that one leg was long and the other short, and they checked the legs again. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem either. As the issue continued, the service team came for the third time on May 21, 2024, and stated that there was noise coming from the machine's shock

Dear Beko Customer Service, Thank you for your attention. However, the issue we are experiencing still persists, and the solutions you have provided so far have unfortunately been insufficient. We are being pushed towards a part replacement to resolve the problems with our machine, and we are not satisfied with this situation. Instead of repeatedly repairing a newly purchased product, we expect its issues to be resolved fundamentally. We believe that the problem with the product is chronic and that part replacement will not be a solution. Therefore, as we have previously stated, we request a refund or replacement of our machine. We kindly ask for the matter to be resolved urgently and expect the necessary actions to be taken promptly. Sincerely,
