Beko Sold Me a Defective Washing Machine - Refuses to Replace It

I bought a washing machine from Beko in May 2024. Ever since we purchased the machine, it has been making a loud noise during the spin cycle. We have contacted technical service about this issue four times. We requested a replacement for the device, but the regional engineer rejected our request, stating that it should be repaired. They came and installed vacuum feet and also replaced the shock absorbers, assuming they might have burst. However, there was no improvement or resolution with the machine—it continued to operate loudly in the same way. During their most recent visit, the technician again noted that the product should be replaced, but once again, the regional engineer rejected this request. Now, they say they will come again for another repair. Every week, there is some kind of repair or technical service going on in our home. Beko sold us a defective product, and now they are trying to cover it up with repairs. I absolutely cannot recommend buying any products from Beko. They do not stand behind the products they sell. This is my advice to anyone considering purchasing from Beko.

Let me update you on the developments. The 'regional engineer' persistently does not respond positively to the machine replacement request. He must believe that he can solve this issue by replacing parts. He also ignored my suggestion to take this washing machine home and use it. He probably can't use it at home, but he sees it fit for us to use. He deemed part replacement appropriate. We had made an appointment for April 11, Friday, for the part replacement on April 6. The technical service called me this morning and informed me that they do not have the part. They couldn't procure the part from April 6 to April 11. Does making an appointment one week in advance for the only day I am available mean anything? What kind of situation have we fallen into? Beko has become a regret.
