I bought one of Beko’s newest model clothes dryers expecting quality, but all I got was frustration. Just three months after purchase, the machine stopped drying completely. My clothes come out damp no matter what setting I use. Since then, I’ve opened five service requests. Each time, the technicians claimed there was “no issue,” even though the dryer clearly doesn’t work.
Eventually, they admitted the machine needed to be taken to the workshop. I told them repeatedly that the unit was clearly defective from the factory and demanded a full replacement. It’s been 8 months since purchase, and the dryer has never worked properly. They recently said they’d send a temporary replacement while mine was being repaired—but what arrived was an old, used, outdated model, nowhere near the “zero-packaged” product they promised.
On top of that, Beko’s service team has been disorganized, careless, and completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. I expected much better from a brand like Beko.
Beko, stop making excuses. I want this broken dryer replaced with a fully functioning new unit immediately—no more delays, no more patch jobs, and no more false promises.
