I purchased a Beko KMX90 dryer in April, and it has been making a loud noise since the first use. I called for service immediately, and since then, technicians have visited four times, yet the problem remains unresolved.
The noise is constant, and I’ve learned that many other customers have complained about the same issue. While some claim this noise is "normal," I know it’s not. My brother owns the same model, and his machine operates silently. Moreover, the noise is so loud that it even disturbs my downstairs neighbor.
Instead of providing a solution, Beko’s service team has been giving technical excuses to avoid addressing the issue. I demand that Beko resolve this matter immediately, as this level of service is unacceptable.
