Beko Sold Me a Faulty Dryer That Stopped Working and Refused Replacement

January 15, 2025 3:41 PM37

A technical fault occurred with the Beko dryer I purchased. During operation, the machine stops on its own and doesn’t work. The technician who came to inspect it claimed to have reset the machine, but the issue persisted. They took the device and, three to four days later, called to inform me that the repair process had begun. I objected, stating that a brand-new machine, less than a month old, should not be repaired and demanded a replacement or a refund. The representative said they would inform the service team, but the next day I was called again and told there was no fault with the machine. To make matters worse, the device was returned from the warranty service with visible damage. After an investigation, Beko's claims department stated that no damage was found, and replacement was not possible, but they offered to replace the damaged part. Ultimately, no resolution was provided. The machine continues to malfunction, and the technician mockingly asked me to record a video to prove the issue. They are doing nothing but selling defective or problematic products.
