I own a 2025 Opel Corsa and had the 12,000 km maintenance carried out at Opel Global in Üsküdar, Istanbul. Approximately one month after this maintenance, the vehicle gave a warning that there was no engine coolant. Because I trusted that the car had just been serviced, I had not checked the coolant level myself and could have been left in a very difficult and dangerous situation on the road. When I called Opel customer service, I was told not to drive the vehicle and to have it brought in by tow truck. However, instead of the original service, I took the car to a different service, where I was told that there might be a leak. At the same time, the Opel Global service that did the maintenance had previously stated that there was no such problem with the car. In my opinion, if there was no coolant in the vehicle, it means the maintenance was either not done properly or not checked carefully, despite being delivered to me as if it had been fully serviced. Because of this situation, I am now hesitant to go on the road, wondering whether my vehicle will experience the same problem again. I find it unacceptable that after a so‑called completed maintenance, I am confronted with a “no coolant” warning and the risk of being stranded. If the vehicle was delivered to me by the Opel Global Üsküdar service in this condition, I request a full refund of the maintenance cost and a thorough inspection of my vehicle so that I can use it safely and without anxiety.
