Track718 Shows Delivered But Never Arrived – Refund

I ordered the product named “Women’s Two Piece Lounge Set Summer Casual Oversized Shirts Biker Shorts” from Dollxa on April 2nd, with tracking number LCWL20854729YQ. Although the order status shows as delivered, I have not received the package. After noticing that my order had not arrived, I contacted Dollxa’s customer service. They informed me that the carrier had confirmed delivery, but the dates and times shown in the tracking information do not add up, and I still have no package in hand. Despite my requests, they refused to tell me who the local carrier was, so I could not verify or investigate the alleged delivery myself. Since I did not receive the product at all, I request a full refund for this order as soon as possible. I expect Dollxa to review this situation carefully and resolve it in my favor.
