I was excited to buy the BEKO TKM 2940 Turkish Coffee maker machine because I love coffee. But I have been sorely let down by how it has worked. Even though it was fixed, the machine still doesn't work right. Having to deal with this problem is frustrating, especially since the machine is still under warranty. When I asked BEKO for a replacement, they told me that if I wanted to upgrade to the BEKO 2300 model, I would have to pay a lot more. This can't happen. I've also tried to get the machine fixed three times through BEKO's service, but a year later, the problem is still not fixed. Not only is this a waste of my time and money, but it is also stressful and inconvenient. The TKM 2940 is clearly a bad product, and BEKO should be held accountable for its poor performance. I won't give up until I get what is rightfully mine.
