About 5 months ago, I purchased a washing machine from Beko, and it suddenly stopped receiving power. When the service team came, they said the control board had burned out and replaced it. Now, they’re saying there’s another issue and are replacing more parts. I don’t understand how a brand-new machine can have so many faulty parts. I’m requesting a full replacement of the machine. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be new. I hope my voice is heard here, or I will take this matter to Consumer Rights and file a claim to seek justice.
