Baby Plus Cool Baby Bouncer Showed Severe Wear After Only Two Months

On April 1, we purchased a Baby Plus Cool home baby bouncer from the e-bebek Taşdelen store. We started using the product when our baby was two months old, and we have now been using it for approximately two months. Despite such a short period of use, the product has developed significant deterioration in multiple areas.

The fabric of the baby bouncer has faded, and the stitching around the sections used to secure the baby has come apart. We have had to sew these areas ourselves several times just to continue using the product. I do not consider this level of wear and deterioration after only a few months of use acceptable, particularly when it involves the parts responsible for securing the baby. This raises serious concerns for me in terms of both product quality and safety.

When I contacted the e-bebek Taşdelen store about the problem, I was told that they do not offer exchanges for products such as baby bouncers, car seats, or strollers under any circumstances and that they could only send the product to the warranty service. However, considering how severely the product has deteriorated after such a short period of normal use, I believe it should be considered a defective product.

I request that my complaint be taken seriously and that my inconvenience be resolved. If possible, I would like the product to be replaced with a new, defect-free product or, alternatively, for the full purchase price to be refunded.
