Baby Plus Steel Bottle Has No Replacement Straw Available

I have a serious complaint about the straw of the Baby Plus stainless steel bottle I purchased from the e-bebek store in Kocaeli İzmit. The straw has gradually become yellow and deteriorated over time, meaning it is a part that should be replaced for hygiene and health reasons. However, replacement straws for this product are not available for purchase.

The product itself is still being sold on your website at a relatively high price, yet it is not acceptable that such a basic component, which comes into direct contact with a child's drink and is directly related to hygiene and health, is not offered as a replacement part. Having to throw away the entire bottle simply because of this one component creates both financial and practical inconvenience. Even though I am willing to purchase a replacement straw at my own expense, there is currently no way for me to do so.

I request that e-bebek urgently make compatible replacement straws available for the Baby Plus stainless steel bottle and resolve the inconvenience caused to existing customers. For a product involving such important health and hygiene considerations, I believe consumers should not be left without a replacement option simply because one component has deteriorated.

I kindly ask e-bebek to take this issue seriously and provide a practical solution for customers who need replacement straws for their Baby Plus stainless steel bottles.
