Unresolved Rocking & Balance Problems with Baby Swing at Ebebek
For over two months, our Baby Wind branded swing cradle has been plagued by balance and rocking problems. Despite handing it over to the Ebebek store for repairs, we're constantly being given the runaround. The first service claimed to fix the issue, yet upon its return, the problem persisted, prompting another round of repairs. To our dismay, we discovered the product still hasn't been repaired. If you're not willing to stand behind the products you sell, why offer them in the first place? This ordeal has left us feeling frustrated and neglected. Please address the issue promptly, or I'll be compelled to exercise all my legal rights and file complaints across all platforms.
