I purchased a Fisher Price teething rattle from an Ebebek store, and after only two days of use, the surface of the product began to peel. We started using it right after buying it, and the issue appeared very quickly. This is especially concerning considering babies put this product in their mouths, and it raises serious health and safety concerns for me.
I contacted both the Ebebek store and the distributor, but both parties kept directing me to each other without providing any solution, leaving me completely stuck throughout the process. I am sharing this complaint to raise awareness as well.
