Fisher-Price Otter Sleep Soother Makes Vibration Noise and Warranty Was Denied
I purchased a Fisher-Price Otter Sleep Soother from the YSK Ebebek store in Tekirdağ. When I arrived home on the same day and tested the product in breathing mode, I noticed an annoying internal vibration and rattling sound. This noise is clearly noticeable in a quiet environment and is absolutely unacceptable for a product designed to help a baby sleep.
I purchased this product for my baby, who is a newborn, and the product has never actually been used. I only turned it on for testing purposes. Despite this, when I returned the product to the store, it was sent for inspection, and I was later informed that the issue was considered user error. I do not find it reasonable to classify a product as user-damaged when it was never used by a newborn baby and was only briefly tested at home.
I believe this product is defective, especially considering that I paid approximately $40 for it. I request that Fisher-Price and Ebebek replace this faulty product with a new and fully functional one instead of returning it to me with an unsupported claim of user error.
