Waiting for AXA Insurance to Respond to My Water Leakage Expertise


I requested an appraisal from the agency for the damage to my house due to a water leak in the building. Since I could not get a response, I reported the situation to the General Directorate of Axa Insurance. They also reported the situation to the agency. Axa Insurance Agency made a phone call and insulted me because I reported the situation to the General Directorate. Even though I opened this situation and reported it to the General Directorate, 10 days have passed since the issue. Neither the agency nor the General Directorate received an apology or response regarding my appraisal request. The walls of my house are swollen and moldy...
