Zurich Insurance Ignored My Water Leak Claim for Over Two Weeks

I reported a water leak in my home, which is actively insured by Zurich Insurance, and opened a damage claim with the number 1080791. The claim was opened on August 19, 2024, but neither the expert nor anyone from the insurance company has contacted me, and no action has been taken regarding the repair. I contacted the expert on my own, but the expert also stated that the file was opened and was being reviewed by Zurich Insurance. Subsequently, I called Zurich Insurance repeatedly, but each time they said my file was under review. I experienced the same thing with previous damage to my home, and I am now tired of this company's indifference. They don't even care unless I ask. Due to their negligence, I will never insure with this company again and I strongly advise against it to anyone, otherwise, they will victimize you like me.
