Groupama Insurance Does Not Cover Damages House Insurance

I had a claim under my Groupama home insurance, but Groupama Insurance, which is now owned by Aksa Insurance, rejected it. The case was denied twice. The first time it happened was because the person responsible for the damage didn't take the necessary precautions, which resulted in a rejection. After that, they started a second claim, assigned an appraiser, and got the appraisal approved. But the company said no because they already have a file like that. It's been frustrating to keep getting denied even though I've done everything right and met all the requirements. It's frustrating when valid claims get rejected for no good reason, especially after following all the insurance rules. I'm so frustrated with how the insurance company is treating me. They're not being fair or considerate at all, and it's making it difficult to get my valid claim resolved.
