AXA Insurance Did Not Send an Appraiser for My Fiat Egea Accident

On 05.08.2025 in Diyarbakır, I had a material damage accident with my Fiat Egea, license plate 06 CLJ 975. The other party was found 100% at fault, and their insurance is with Axa Insurance. Since that day, my car has been waiting in the repair shop for 16 days. Although I was told every day that an appraiser would come and my car would be repaired, Axa Insurance has still not sent an appraiser, and the process is constantly being delayed with excuses. During this time, I contacted Axa Insurance customer service multiple times, but they did not help, and in one call, the phone was even hung up on me. My car has compulsory traffic insurance. Because I have not been able to use my car for 16 days, I cannot get to work on time, my social life with my family is disrupted, I cannot attend places I am invited to, and I face difficulties with public transportation. I demand that my car be repaired immediately, that I be compensated for vehicle depreciation and loss of use, and that my grievance be resolved urgently.
