I have home insurance from Axa Insurance and I am dealing with a water leakage issue affecting the downstairs area. Although the issue was under control for a week, Axa Insurance did not provide support, claiming there was no problem. An expert was sent, a report was promised, and intervention was made immediately, yet Axa still failed to resolve the issue. They also send out surveys to supposedly improve their service, but it feels pointless. At the very least, they should not waste our time with meaningless surveys. I also have my car insurance, home insurance, and DAS insurance with Axa, and I used to recommend them to people around me. However, I have now realized that Axa Insurance is unreliable in every aspect. If you are considering getting insurance, think twice.
