Axa Health Insurance Denies My Mother's Claim for Polyp Surgery

My mother and I went to the hospital because she was experiencing severe bleeding. They discovered uterine thickening and concluded that the bleeding after menopause was caused by this. A sample was taken and sent to pathology. They discovered that the bleeding was caused by a polyp and decided to perform surgery based on the pathology results. However, Axa health insurance claimed that fibroids and polyps were the same thing and requested additional reports after evaluating the case. We received all of the reports, but they denied the claim a month later. Meanwhile, the bleeding continued, and we informed them that surgery was urgently required due to blood loss. They requested an ultrasound, but the hospital's radiologist and gynecologist said it was unnecessary because a pelvic ultrasound could not provide a clear diagnosis. They refused to consider this and rejected our claim, citing a previous fibroid diagnosis from 2017. They even closed the provision, claiming that I had no right to object because a month had passed since the initial claim. They advised me to go to court if I so desired. I will take legal action. Axa Health Insurance is a complete shambles, and it should not even be the last company considered.
