Axa Supplementary Insurance Fails to Cover One-Day Hospital Stay for Long-Term Policyholder

Today, my mother, who has been insured with Axa for at least four years, was admitted to Bursa Medicana Hospital for a one-day stay due to high blood pressure. However, we were informed that the hospital stay would not be covered by Axa. The reason given was her pre-existing high blood pressure condition.

What baffles me is that, despite having this condition for four years, she has never required a hospital stay until now. If Axa won't cover this, what will they cover? They refused to cover a one-day hospital stay, and as a result, this will definitely be our last year with Axa. This is not how insurance should work!

We have spoken with the Axa customer representative multiple times and were told that nothing could be done. There is no need to write here as if you are going to offer a solution now. If you are genuinely going to offer a solution, please get in touch. There is no need to just try to appear as if you are offering a solution!
