Hello, we went to Dubai and rented a car from Avis in Dubai two months ago. Everything was paid for at the time of the rental, and no additional charges were mentioned. After we returned to Turkey, Avis charged my card without my approval. I only noticed the charge when I reviewed my bank statement later on. An unauthorized transaction was made on my card without my knowledge. Please investigate the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.
