Booking.com Charged My Card Illegally Despite Paying Cash for Hotels

I booked multiple hotels through Booking.com and paid for all of them in cash during my stay. However, on December 27, one day after returning to Turkey, I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card: $241.52 and $125.79. These charges are completely unjustified, as I had already settled all payments directly with the hotels.
I am frustrated with this unauthorized transaction and demand an immediate refund of the full amount. Booking.com needs to take responsibility for these charges, investigate why my card was billed without my consent, and ensure this doesn’t happen to others. This breach of trust has been incredibly disappointing, and I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
