Avis Dubai Charged My Card 3 Times Without Consent and Still Hasn’t Refunded Me

I rented a car from Avis Dubai for 8 days, and everything seemed fine during the trip. But after returning to Turkey—nearly 3 months after my rental ended—I discovered that Avis had charged my credit card three separate times without my authorization.
These transactions were completely unexpected and unauthorized. I received no explanation, no invoice, and no prior notice. I’ve attempted to contact the company to resolve this, but they have refused to issue a refund or provide a valid reason for the charges.
It’s unacceptable for a global brand like Avis to charge customers without consent and ignore refund requests. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a breach of trust.
I will be pursuing all available legal channels to recover the money they withdrew without permission. Avis, you need to take immediate action and refund every unauthorized charge on my account. Otherwise, I will escalate this issue through consumer protection authorities.
