I recently noticed an unauthorized charge from Airbnb on my credit card, which I did not approve or consent to. I have never made a payment through Airbnb before, nor have I used their services, so this charge is entirely unexpected and unacceptable. Additionally, I am disappointed with İş Bankası for failing to provide the necessary security measures to prevent this. How can such a breach of trust happen? I demand that this issue be resolved immediately, and the amount charged to my card refunded without delay. Both Airbnb and İş Bankası need to ensure the security of customer information and prevent unauthorized transactions like this.
