The ongoing repair situation at Doğuş Oto on the Ankara Konya road perfectly exemplifies the infuriating sales strategies. Endless anticipation for the arrival of the much-needed components. I regretted my decision to leave my car at the authorized service center, even though I had insurance coverage. I've been using taxis for the past 2 months since my replacement period ended. For a repair I handed over to the service center 2.5 months ago, I kept getting weekly updates that it would be ready by the end of the week, but it's been 20 days and it's still not done. As someone who doesn't prioritize original parts, I deeply regret not opting for a private service for my car. In the future, I have no plans to purchase any vehicles from Doğuş Oto.
