Despite Spending Money on Repairs, My Citroen Car Keeps Breaking Down

Hello, I'm sharing my frustrating experience with my Citroen vehicle that underwent repairs costing ₺70,000 eight months ago. Unfortunately, the same problem has recurred, and the authorized service, Çetaş, initially acknowledged the identical issue. However, when I mentioned the repair should be under warranty, they started making excuses, suggesting there might be another problem.

To add insult to injury, they demanded ₺3,200 for a door-opening procedure, even if they didn't fix anything. I contacted Citroen Turkey, but they haven't responded in two days. I'm in a dire situation. Citroen and Çetaş seem interested only in taking money and selling the product; afterward, there's no commitment to the customer. As citizens, we are bewildered about where to seek support. My car has been stuck outside the service center for two days, and this level of distress, all within a year of paying ₺70,000, is simply unacceptable.

They brought about a lack of resolution instead of a solution to the service-related error. My grievance continues.
