Peugeot Denied My Warranty for Battery Failure in Peugeot 5008

I contacted the Kocaeli Çetaş dealership regarding a battery failure in my Peugeot 5008. Although my car is only two years old, the battery failed, and I've had trouble scheduling an appointment with this service center before. When I called the service center, they scheduled the repair appointment for November 5th, and my car would have to wait until then. While regular maintenance appointments are scheduled for the next day, it's unacceptable that repair appointments are scheduled for three months later. I was told that if I didn't want to wait until November 5th, I would have to wait 3-4 days if I had to drop off the car. Although my car is under warranty, and the battery failure occurred on the same day the warranty expired, I couldn't open a service ticket. I tried to reach the service center for days, but they didn't answer the phone. When I called Peugeot customer service, they only opened a ticket and said they would get back to me within 2-3 business days. When I called again on August 19, 2025, I was told they would call me back within the same day, but I still haven't received a call back. I'll never let a Peugeot back in my car again. They've been so harassing me for two years. Due to being unable to use my car during this period, I had to take a taxi, which was a real inconvenience. My expectation from Peugeot is that the battery will be replaced free of charge under warranty, my problem will be resolved quickly, and if the problem can't be resolved quickly, they will provide me with a replacement vehicle.
