My Arçelik 18 BTU air conditioner started a fire, making my home unlivable because of a small fire. I bought the unit in November 2023. After examining the situation, the fire department concluded that the air conditioner was the cause of the fire. Arçelik sent a technician to inspect the situation, but surprisingly, they claimed that the fire was not caused by the AC unit and declined to cover any damages. It has been two weeks, and I am still unable to stay in my home with no solution in sight. I insist that Arçelik compensate me for all my financial losses.
