For about 10 years, I've relied on my Arçelik refrigerator until it malfunctioned four months ago. The technical service assured me that after replacing the compressor, I could use it for another decade, at most encountering a minor issue with the main board, which wouldn't cost much to fix. Trusting them, I paid a hefty sum to replace the compressor.
However, just four months later, the refrigerator malfunctioned again, and the technical service claimed nothing could be done about the swollen back panel. If the panel was swollen, why was the compressor replaced? Was it just to make money for the technical service? Customer service has yet to respond for four days. I wonder how many days should the turnaround time be for such a crucial appliance like a refrigerator.
Aside from the money spent, I haven't even mentioned the hassle endured. I was misled by the technical service in fitting parts to an outdated refrigerator model. I wasn't adequately informed, and within four months, all the food items in my refrigerator went to waste twice, causing me great distress.
I demand compensation for my ordeal by having my refrigerator replaced with a new one.
