Arçelik 584611MB Refrigerator Body Swelling Issue - Not Replaced Under Warranty

In 2017, I purchased an Arçelik refrigerator. About a year after the purchase, the refrigerator broke down, and the service team stated that it could not be repaired. As a result, in 2018, I paid ₺15,000 to buy a new white Arçelik refrigerator, model 584611MB. However, this new refrigerator also experienced a motor failure within a year and a half, and the motor had to be replaced. I also paid an additional ₺2,500 to extend the warranty. Most recently, on October 22, 2025, my refrigerator broke down again and stopped cooling. The service team reported that there was swelling in the body and that the issue could not be fixed. I was told over the phone that I needed to purchase a new refrigerator for ₺29,800, but no written document was provided. When I contacted the call center, I was informed that refrigerator bodies are covered by a 10-year warranty. Despite this, my request for a free replacement was rejected, and I was asked to pay for a new unit. My refrigerator is still not working, and my inconvenience continues. I request that Arçelik resolve this issue and replace my refrigerator free of charge.
