Arçelik Did Not Replace My Faulty Refrigerator Despite 9 Service Visits

I bought my refrigerator a year ago, but it did not arrive as I saw it in the store. The equipment hanging on the door was missing. We called the service, and they said that the door did not belong to this model. The issue was not resolved, and I gave up on the service. Later, the same refrigerator door stopped closing properly. It couldn't vacuum or lock, causing food and greens to spoil within three days. The service came and changed the seal, but the problem persisted. Over the past year, the service has visited nine times, yet the issue remains unresolved. I filed a replacement request. On Saturday, 01.03.2025, the authorized Arçelik service came. Despite my replacement request, they claimed they were there for a malfunction. When I insisted on a replacement, the technician agreed, saying he would take photos, send them to the factory, and initiate the change. However, he did not fill out the form as promised and closed the request, claiming it was not eligible for a replacement. Previously, they used to fill out a form and have us sign it so we could see what they wrote. Now they do everything on their phones, which allows them to say one thing and do another. My refrigerator still does not vacuum properly, and the issue remains unresolved. I want a replacement and will now pursue my rights in court. I paid ₺30,000 for this refrigerator; I am not a banker. I advise anyone considering buying an Arçelik product to think twice before making a purchase.

As usual, customer service called, said I understand, I am creating a fault report, but the incompetent Nenehatun service said we did not come for a fault report, we will take photos and leave, and left without doing anything. We are fed up with your product and your Nenehatun branch. Arçelik is a regret, do not buy it.

I have never seen a service as ignorant and incompetent as the employees of the Arçelik Nenehatun authorized service. I cannot understand how an employee can say that if the refrigerator doors are vacuuming, it is faulty, when they should know that the doors need to vacuum.
