Arcelik Fridge Cooling Problem Was not Resolved and We Had a Poor Service Response


After nearly nine months of usage, my Arcelik refrigerator stopped cooling properly. We requested service, but the technician told us that there was no problem and departed. Shortly after, all the food in the fridge went bad, so we gave them another call. This time, it was discovered that the fan was malfunctioning and they assured us that it would be replaced within a few days. However, they failed to arrive as promised, leaving me in a difficult situation during these hot days. When the technician arrived to replace the fan, they attempted to melt the ice buildup at the bottom of the fridge using a hairdryer. The fridge began cooling once more, but unfortunately, the ice buildup returned and caused everything in the vegetable drawer to spoil. I was unable to store food or even keep a cold drink during the summer months, resulting in everything I purchased going to waste. This has been incredibly frustrating, both in terms of finances and emotions. I've been requesting a replacement for the fridge, but there has been a delay in addressing the issue. No solution has been offered to alleviate the situation in the meantime.
