I purchased an Arçelik dishwasher seven months ago, and the top panel bent on its own where the door closes. I contacted customer service, and they replaced the panel, but the issue wasn’t resolved. When I called again, they took the machine to the factory but later informed me that they couldn’t fix it.
They suggested a replacement with a "similar model," but the product they offered was an older model, not comparable to the one I purchased. I asked why they didn’t offer a newer model as other brands do or refund my money if they couldn’t provide a proper solution.
This entire experience has been frustrating, and I regret choosing Arçelik. I demand either a proper replacement with a new model or a full refund. Please address this issue immediately.
