Russell Hobbs Coffee Maker Leaks Water From the Bottom

I have been using the Russell Hobbs 24010-56 coffee maker for about one week, and it leaks water from the bottom every time I use it. The product was given to me as a gift, so I do not have the invoice or warranty certificate. I live in Istanbul, and I did not purchase the product myself from a store.

So far, I have not contacted customer service or an authorized service center. I am seeking support directly here. Other than the water leakage, I have not experienced any additional issues. I am requesting that the product be replaced or repaired.
