Despite a court ruling, my Arçelik dishwasher has neither been repaired nor replaced. The buttons on the machine either do not respond at all or respond with a delay. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but each time I was either redirected or left without a solution. The service team has shown no proper attention to the issue. I am requesting that either the necessary repair be carried out correctly or the product be replaced. It is unacceptable that a brand like Arçelik fails to honor a legal decision and continues to ignore a long-standing problem. I expect Arçelik to resolve this situation, which does not reflect well on the brand, and to address my grievance as soon as possible.
