I bought 3 products from Arçelik, but all of them turned out to be defective and damaged. The refrigerator door was replaced, but the new door wouldn’t close properly. I filed a complaint with Consumer Rights, and a replacement was made, but the shelves in the new product arrived cracked, so they were also replaced. The dishwasher had a faulty touchscreen on the very first day, and it took 2 months to replace it. Unfortunately, the new one’s intensive program doesn’t work, so I took this issue to the Consumer Court as well, but they are processing the refund based on the current value. Now, the washing machine is faulty, making a loud banging noise from the drum, and the detergent drawer has also been replaced. I requested a replacement or refund, but Arçelik offered a lower model, whereas I am asking for an equivalent or higher model. Every time I had to take leave from work, my employer deducted hours from my salary. So far, I’ve had 40 deductions, resulting in a loss of ₺15,000. Who will compensate for this loss? I am uploading all the videos and photos. I don’t recommend Arçelik to anyone; buy Bosch for peace of mind.
