Arçelik 6567wfi Dishwasher Delivered With Defects - I Want Refund
The Arçelik 6567wfi dishwasher I purchased online was defective upon first delivery and had to be replaced. However, the replacement product also arrived with serious issues. The door had a dent, the inner body had a hollow, the side wall edges were scratched and had paint chipping, and the deep clean part inside would come off on its own when activated. I have used different brands for years and never experienced this many problems. It is unacceptable for a brand-new product to have such defects. The product was delivered only one day ago, yet despite contacting Arçelik customer service, no solution has been offered. My request number is 498606076. The product was delivered under free replacement, but due to all these issues, I do not want to risk another replacement. I am requesting a full refund from Arçelik. I want my problem resolved quickly and my payment refunded, otherwise I will be forced to exercise my legal rights.
