Arçelik Dishwasher Malfunction Persists After Multiple Service Visits



Dear Arçelik Headquarters, In June 2023, I purchased a dishwasher from your dealer in Çerkezköy. However, the machine has technical issues; it grinds when the door opens and closes, failing to clean properly. I registered a complaint, and the technical team inspected it, attributing the problem to the floor. Despite placing an MDF board underneath as advised, the issue persisted. Another technician suggested replacing the bottom cover, which was done, but the problems persisted. The dealer advised me to appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. They provided the invoice. Upon contacting customer service, assurances were made, but the scheduled service never arrived. Subsequent calls confirmed they wouldn't come. I requested they take the device back, expressing my frustration. I'm not asking for anything but the removal of the defective device. I informed them that if left unresolved, I'd dispose of it publicly. My only plea is for Arçelik Headquarters to retrieve the product. I've escalated this matter to the relevant authorities. Otherwise, I fear Arçelik will face consequences. I urge swift action to prevent further inconvenience to consumers. When I return, if not resolved, I'll take legal action to ensure others don't suffer similar issues. Shame on you, Arçelik.

On 16.02.2024 at 09:00, your authorized Arçelik service calls and says that there is an opening today and they can move your appointment from 17.02.2024 to today if you wish, and that they will come at 16:00. But no one shows up. Are you joking or are you as unpredictable as the waves in the sea? This is too much deceit. Shame on your brand and your products. I had previously informed you that I would directly apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and that I would burn this product in the Çerkezköy municipal square. For your information.
