Today, the products I purchased from Arçelik were delivered to me. However, the authorized service team placed the items in their spots and left without completing the installation or testing the appliances. When I asked why the refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and deep freezer weren’t tested, they claimed the products were already tested at the factory. They pointed out that the inside of the dishwasher was wet, supposedly proving it had been tested. Additionally, they tried to sell me a surge protector, warning that any electrical damage would not be covered under warranty unless I purchased it. I requested a door direction change for the refrigerator, but they said a part had to be ordered and a request needed to be submitted—then they left. I later called customer service to report that the appliances were not installed or tested, and to submit the door change request. They told me the complaint was received. Shortly after, a woman named K**** called to confirm my complaint and said an appointment was scheduled. Then I received a call from 02126243012, where someone said, “We heard you filed a complaint against us.” One of the technicians who had come to my home said, “Didn’t I tell you it was tested at the factory? Why did you complain that installation wasn’t done?” I said I didn’t want to speak with him and ended the call. He called again asking why I hung up. I reached out to K**** again, explained the situation, and requested that I not be contacted by those technicians anymore. While speaking to her, I was called again from the same number. Ten minutes later, someone named Y****** called to say the technicians had tried to reach me but I wasn’t responding. I again stated that I didn’t want to speak with them and ended the call. Arçelik, what kind of company are you that I regret purchasing from you on the very day my items arrived? The authorized service is required to deliver the products fully installed and operational, and I have the right to request a refrigerator door direction change. I did not ask for any service that I haven’t paid for. I demand that this issue be resolved. If not, I will return all the products.
