On November 17, 2025, at 11:30 AM, I placed an order on Yemeksepeti from the Arby’s branch in Bodrum, Muğla. I ordered the Arby’s İkilim, the BBQ Gourmet Chicken Menu, and the Fırsat Menu. The total amount was 840 TL, and I did not use any promotions or discount codes.
The roast beef item included in my Fırsat Menu was missing from the delivery. I had previously experienced similar issues such as missing sauces, missing Coke, or receiving the wrong sauce. This time, my order was again delivered incomplete, and I did not contact customer service.
I request that the missing roast beef item be delivered to me hot. I also ask that measures be taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.
